Meet The Team

Born in rural Ontario, Don earned both his culinary and economics education at George Brown College. Over the years, he has owned and operated successful restaurants and catering companies. His years of experience have landed him consultant positions and a director's role at a prominent Lower Mainland Culinary School. It was this opportunity that highlighted the disparity between the cost of a culinary education and the wages received by the graduates. He channeled this frustration into providing an accessible culinary training program that is now DICED Culinary School. He currently owns and operates DICED Culinary School, DICED Catering, and DICED Knives.

Born and raised in British Columbia, Hayley attended Dubrulle Culinary Arts in Vancouver where she obtained an Advanced Diploma and earned her PC1 and PC2. Upon graduating she worked for a local catering company before earning a position at a prominent fishing resort. 

Hayley went back to school and earned her Bachelor of Education degree. She has put her years of education and experience together to help in the advancement of DICED Culinary School and their online training program. Hayley has been the head instructor at DICED for 10+ years.
